Bathroom Storage Jars

Crafting is one of my favorite things in the entire world but when I can repurpose something instead of tossing it into the garbage, that’s the best. I actually made these storage jars five years ago and they have never lost their charm.

What you need to complete this look:

• Scissors
• Paintbrush
• Black paint
• Old jar with lid
• Twine

For the black paint, you can use either acrylic or spray paint. I used acrylic because I like to do my crafts inside and obviously with spray paint, it should be done outside only.

The rest is simple, just make sure you let the paint dry on your lids between each coat. Once the lids are fully covered and dried you can tie on your twine and fill the jars up with whatever you choose. My little jars have always been for bathroom storage so I use them for band-aids, Q-tips, cotton balls and floss picks. They’re cute enough to keep out on the bathroom shelf and I always know when we’re running low on something.

I love their different sizes and shapes.

I have a few more jars stashed under the sink that have been calling my name but I havent settled on a craft for those yet. If you have any great ideas let me know in the comments section below.

As always, thanks for reading.
